I thought this was book was just okay, in that it dragged on for me by the middle and all the way through to the end. There are touches of humor in the way the four classmates talk about themselves and one another. So Sam Kelsy and Judy come over after school that day too see if its real. Then Brenton let’s his little seceret slip and tells Sam about the homework machine. In the end, the kids toss the machine into the Grand Canyon thinking they are getting rid of the evidence, but people find the parts and trace it back to Brenton’s family.
Such a good thing can’t last though, and when a mystery man starts trying to contact them, the kids start to get nervous. It’s a great story, with SO much for discussion. Mar 31, Samantha rated it it was amazing.

They insert the homework into a sumamry and then a printer prints out their completed homework in their own handwriting. I understood what you meant very clearly and found the conversational tone to be charming.
